She is the wife of Wilson Doswell and mother of seven. She

of the College of the Scriptures located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Over the years, she has been a teacher, speaker, counselor and sister
in Christ to many. She has dedicated her life to the service of the Lord.
She stays busy working with the retreat which has grown and
flourished under her leadership. With the support of the
retreat staff and workers and the general assembly, this gathering has seen God's hand move as the retreat continues
to touch more and more lives each year and seeks out new opportunities to be a blessing.

Still Learning which is published through 1st books Library and is available at www.1stboooks.com. She has also authored a book, entitled, "She Wore Many Hats,"
which chronicles the life of Sis. Magnolia Clark one of the Retreat founders and also her spiritual mother.
Susie's commitment to the retreat is unsurpassed as she has continued
to strive for excellence and improvement in every area of the retreat. The ministry has touched the lives of countless
woman and many women have been able to be a part of this wonderful ministry and share their gifts with others.
As we look back over the last 30 years and see how far the
retreat has come, we are extremely thankful for the vision, commitment and dedication of our Director and more
importantly, our faithful fellow servant in the Lord.
With mixed sentiments Susie announced her retirement this year after over 25 years
of serving as coordinator and director of the retreat. She was honored at the 30th year celebration with a Lifetime
Achievement Award for her work with the retreat and in the ministry and her life of service. She received
an honorary Master of Science Degree in Biblical Studies from the College of the Scriptures for her body of work throughout
the years. She is now serving as the Director Emeritus, meaning she will still retain much of her authority
while she transitions many of her duties to other members of the Executive Committee after which she will serve in an
advisory role. We wish her blessings and much sucess in her future endeavors.
